What started as a small family olive mill in 2008, now process over 100,000 kg each year of various sorts of olives. Still family run, the olive mill is being fueled by our love towards high-quality olive oil and devotion to bringing it to you. Organically grown and mindfully sorted, our olives provide a taste that can not be easy forgotten.
Our specialty lies in the remarkable diversity of olives we cultivate, a testament to the richness of our land and traditions. Each olive variety is carefully nurtured to develop its unique flavor profile, aroma, and character, creating a range of olive oils that cater to diverse tastes and culinary needs.
From peppery and mild that we call “Classic” to fruity and buttery that we call “Light”, our selection celebrates the essence of Albanian olive-growing heritage. This diversity allows us to craft olive oils that not only enhance every dish but also tell the story of our commitment to quality and tradition.

As part of the agricultural industry, we fully depend on our surrounding, just as it depends on us. That’s why we grow our produce organically and sustainably. Over the past decades the carbon footprint of the winery has been positive, which is something we’re really proud of.
These sun-kissed slopes provide the perfect conditions for olives to flourish, with their fertile soil and gentle Mediterranean breezes. Each tree on these hills tells a story of dedication and tradition, producing fruit with flavors as vibrant and unique as the landscape itself.
